Mayan Ceramics is produced in the pre-Columbina Maya Culture of Mesoamerica. Its a reflection of their lifestlye and culture. They use paper, plster, wood and stoone for carving and what ever they can find to sculpt like clay. 

I really like the way the carvings in these pieces the different sizes and thicknesses. I like the designs, and the fact that they represtent something for their culture.

  3. I love every image so much these are really cool examples of Mayan art!! Each one is unique and tells a story in its own way, and I like that you incorporated negative space with this blog.
